Equity Partnership
We assist the real estate developers in raising equity capital for their real estate development projects. Our equity service is very unique, where the institutional equity investors provide up to 80% of the equity needed to complete the project. Leveraging our extensive network and relationships with high net worth individuals and access to a large inventory of exclusive commercial properties, we engage in creating private pool of funds and drive acquisition and asset management of residential and commercial properties.

The deposit amount range from $100,000 to $1,000,000 for the period during the conditional purchase offer. There will be no due diligence, income verification and collateral/security required. We are a real estate investment group assisting in residential, commercial, corporate financing, and equity investment in Canada, through in-house capital as well as a large access to funds through other lending/equity partnerships (private and non-private). We collaborate with all the A lenders, B lenders, insurance companies, mutual fund companies, asset management firms, family offices and private firms in order to source funds. We have 31 years of experience in the financing industry; and operate based on three sister companies that include an asset management firm, and a licensed mortgage brokerage. Based in Toronto, we raise capital Canada wide, and work with investors locally in Canada and globally from foreign countries and advise, invest and protect their investments in Canada. We have a strong executive team with over 30 years of experience in the real estate and financial industry, as well as 15 years of experience in Scotiabank (one of Canada's Big Five banks) and financial consulting firms.
FINANCING INVESTORS
We invite investors from all over the world to invest into our private financing products/mortgages in Toronto, based on one-to-one transaction. The private mortgages will be secured by the real estate equity of the borrower and they will provide fixed and predictable returns; usually one year term, and interest only payment throughout the term and bullet payment at the end of the term. Unlike stocks and mutual fund investments, the rate, term, and fees of the private mortgages are predetermined upfront at the time of the mortgage origination, eliminating earnings uncertainty. In addition, mortgages are much more stable compared to stocks and mutual funds that have higher market volatility.
We provide all the due diligence needed to ensure that the borrower has the ability to repay the loan as per the lending agreement. We believe in being transparent and will provide our clients full disclosure of the borrower's financial status and payment capacity. We will also hire an approved accredited appraisal company to provide an independent evaluation of the property. The investor will also retain their own lawyer to obtain independent legal advice and ensure they understand and agree with all the terms of the lending agreement. All the appraisal and legal fees are covered by the borrower.
We believe in win-win conditions for both the investor and borrower, and we protect our clients in being treated fair and to receive market price and secured deals.
